Bear Mountain Bridge! I head a little further north and hike Breakneck Ridge every year.

Yes! Unfortunately Breakneck Ridge has become way to popular and almost impossible to hike. Of course the views will always be awesome!

I agree about the popularity. The internet seems to have helped it to be the meet and greet destination for all NYC.
