It’s taken a long time but I am learning later in life that how you react to people and situations comes back to you and no one else. I know that sounds simple, but being pissed off was a way of life for me for a long time. I can see now that blaming others for the stress that I felt was stress that I chose to experience.
Clear your mind and accept responsibility for your actions and circumstances and you will find yourself a much happier person.
