“To see in color is a delight for the eye but to see in black and white is a delight for the soul.”

– Andri Cauldwell

Here are some black and white photos taken as dusk approached at Trinity Pawling School. As always, I was waiting for my daughters hockey practice to finish.

Such beautiful photos, as always. Due to my ever-present health problems, I have to take exercise more seriously. I TALK about it a lot, but do it less frequently. I need it not just to strengthen my bone density, aerobics and increase muscle strength, but your photos remind me of an equally important reason….stress reduction. In this weather, it’s not always easy to walk outdoors, but when possible I need to see the beauty that surrounds us. We are fortunate to live in a part of the country with so much natural beauty all around us.

Thank you for the reminder as well as for sharing your starkly moving photos.
